- Canva templates
- Study notes & PDFs
- Business tools and digital resources
📌 No physical products are shipped.
Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned.
2. No Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:
- ❌ Returns are not possible
- ❌ Product exchanges are not allowed
- ❌ Refunds are generally not provided
This is because digital products can be downloaded, copied, and accessed instantly.
3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
✔ Duplicate payment made accidentally
✔ Product file is corrupted or not accessible
✔ Technical issue preventing download (and our support is unable to resolve it)
📌 Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

- You no longer need the product
